Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your user name and/or password Winsys Lite will need to be re-initialized. To do
this, follow the steps below.
1. Right-Click on your Winsys Lite shortcut, typically on the desktop and click on Properties
2. In the target box, add _/STARTOVER, (underscore is a space and the letters must be upper-case)
to the end of the command as shown.

3. Click on OK
4. Start Winsys Lite using the revised shortcut.
5. Use the user name and password provided to you when you first used Winsys Lite, you should
have received this in a letter from your sales representative.
6. Click on Other…System Profile
7. In the middle at the top of the window you are able to change the user name and password to
something you prefer and click OK.
8. Minimize or close Winsys Lite
9. Right-Click on the Winsys Lite shortcut that you modified in step 1 and click on Properties
10. Delete the _/STARTOVER that was added in step 2.
