Warranty Registration

Window sticker example with 7 digits

Every window has sticker as shown with a serial number on it inside of the frame. All that is required to register your warranty is the first seven (7) digits of the serial number. This will register your entire window order.

Warranty Claim

For a warranty claim use the entire amount of digits to reference the individual window. The entire number is what your North Star dealer will require to complete the warranty service.
